Lilac & Lavender Playsuit

Hello from Wisconsin!

I'm super excited to intern in Milwaukee for Kohl's this summer as a Design Intern for Sonoma Women's sweaters, knits, and wovens. I've been busy busy so I am just now catching up on all of the outfits I've been needing to blog.

These photos were taken when Missouri weather finally started feeling like summer. My good friend Tiffany and I went to Rockbridge Trail in good ol' Columbia, Missouri and these gorgeous purple flowers were blooming right beside a creek. It somehow managed to match this romper perfectly.

I scored this breezy romper at Target for $20. I absolutely love the color and how comfortable is is. My only negative is how wrinkled the fabric gets as you wear it throughout the day. I am absolutely in love with these lace-up heeled flats I got from H&M on sale for $11 and they bring out the pink floral in the romper.

Style tip: Try using your jewelry, shoes, or accessories to pull out hints of color in a floral or print that you really want to accentuate.
